Michal B. Ron
Michal B. Ron, art historian and theoretician, received her BA in Art History and Philosophy and MA in Art History from the University of Haifa, Israel. She is currently writing a PhD on the work of Marcel Broodthaers in the Department of Art History at the Freie Universität, Berlin. In her dissertation she examines modes of temporality in the work of Marcel Broodthaers in relation to historical thinking, the animal and the child. Ron has participated in international academic conferences and workshops and published reviews on contemporary art both in print and online. Working as an independent curator, she has also curated a performance that was shown at Neue Nationalgalerie, Berlin.
